Team Building Workshop

We love it when a team comes together and works really well like a football team on a good day. It’s even better when are you a part of that team. What gets in the way is often a question we can ask ourselves.

How much more efficient could your team be?

We all know a cohesive team is integral to smooth operations and makes business sense. Our teamwork workshops help to build that cohesive team to maximise efficiency and profitability.

Why is Teamwork Important?

We’ve all heard the saying, “There’s no ‘I’ in team.” And while that may be true, there seem to be plenty of egos in the corporate world. From the CEO down to the lowliest intern, everyone is out for themselves. So why is it that some teams function like well-oiled machines while others are mired in dysfunction? The answer lies in understanding why teamwork is important in the corporate world.

In order to understand why teamwork is important, we first need to understand what a team is. A team is a group of people who are brought together to achieve a common goal. In order for a team to be effective, there must be trust and communication among its members.

Trust is essential for any team because it allows team members to rely on one another. They need to know that they can count on each other to do their part and not let the rest of the team down. Communication is also key because it allows team members to share information and ideas freely. Without open communication, teams will struggle to achieve their goals.

The benefits of teamwork are clear. Teams allow businesses to get more done in less time and achieve great things. In order for teams to be effective, however, trust and communication must be present among its members. When everyone works together towards a common goal, businesses can thrive.

Cooperation is the thorough conviction that nobody can get there unless everybody gets there.

What's Included in the Workshop?

We love it when a team comes together and works really well, like a football team on a good day. It’s even better when you are a part of that team. What gets in the way is often a question we can ask ourselves.

This three-day workshop, run in conjunction with Keely Wooley, a Leadership Coach, sets out to not only answer that but to improve team performance as team members start to recognise the way in which each is behaving at a deep and fundamental level and how they can improve their interactions for greater individual and team effectiveness.

Participants will:

  1. Get their own personality profile as a means of thinking more clearly about their own personal opportunities for growth
  2. Learn to recognise what behaviours the other is exhibiting
  3. Learn to respond appropriately in the moment and build the relationship
  4. Enhance their own leadership abilities
  5. Enhance their own abilities as a team member of a high-performing team
